These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sanctuary Salon & Head Spa website and the booking of services with us, whether online, by phone, or in person at 21106 Catawba Ave, Cornelius, NC 28031.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services with us.

2. Our Services

Sanctuary Salon & Head Spa provides hair color, haircuts, extensions, head spa treatments, and related services performed by licensed, trained professionals. Service availability, pricing, and stylist assignment are subject to change and confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Pricing shown on our website is a general guide; final pricing is confirmed at consultation and may reflect hair length, density, and product usage (including SalonScale gram-based charges where noted).

3. Booking & Payment

• Appointments may be booked through our website, our stylist-matching form, by phone, or through our Phorest online booking system.
• Certain services (including bridal, extensions, and color correction) may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Please see our Cancellation Policy for rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show terms.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimers

Hair coloring, chemical treatments, extensions, and head spa services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin or scalp sensitivity, and reactions to products or techniques.

• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, pregnancy, or relevant medical history before your service.
• We may recommend a patch test prior to certain color or chemical services, particularly for new guests or new formulas. It is your responsibility to request a patch test if you are concerned about a reaction, and to arrive with enough notice before a scheduled service to allow for one.
• If you experience any unusual discomfort, itching, burning, or irritation during a service, tell your stylist immediately.

5. Results May Vary

Color, cut, extension, and treatment results depend on your hair's natural condition, history (including prior chemical services), and how you care for it after your visit. We'll always give you an honest assessment of what's achievable, and photos and examples shown on our website or social media represent individual results that may not be typical for every guest.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, guest safety, staff safety, disrespectful or abusive behavior, or a hair/scalp condition that makes a requested service unsafe to perform.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, graphics, and logos — is the property of Sanctuary Salon & Head Spa unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site or its booking systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary Salon & Head Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, scheduling changes, or third-party platform issues (such as booking or payment tools). Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County or the relevant county serving Cornelius, NC.
