• Automatically collected information — standard technical data like your browser type, device, approximate location, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).
• Information from your visit — notes your stylist keeps about your color formula, service history, and preferences, so your next visit is consistent with your last.

• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
• Match you with the right stylist based on your hair, goals, and schedule
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
• Send appointment-related texts or emails (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling)

3. Booking & Third-Party Tools

We use trusted third-party platforms to run parts of our business. When you interact with these tools, their own privacy policies also apply:

• Phorest — our salon booking and point-of-sale system, used to schedule appointments and process payments.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — powers our stylist-matching survey on the Book Now page and some of our contact forms.
• Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to help you find us; Google's own privacy policy governs data collected through the map.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve your experience. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. We do provide haircut services for kids as part of our family-friendly booking, with information provided by a parent or guardian at the time of booking.
